I and approximately 180 esteemed adjunct faculty-members of the University of Redlands School of Business attended the 2018 Faculty Development Conference. It was held on Saturday, September 22, 2018, from 9:00am to 2:00pm, at the Orton Conference Center, Redlands, California.
Dr. Tom Horan, Dean of the School of Business presented the newly implemented 21 Century Strategic Plan, which is in my professional opinion with time and proper guidance will solidify the ranking status of the University of Redlands School of Business as one of the best schools for business study in the nation. And to distinguish it as amongst the best business schools of its peer in the Western region.
In implementing the strategic plan, the leadership of the business school makes it about the success of the students. At Redlands, students matter. In obtaining their degrees, the students gain knowledge, learn how to succeed in the business world of the 21 Century, help their communities, and prosper.
Kudos to Dr. Tom Horan and Dr. G. Keith Roberts and all the dedicated staff and supporters who helped make it happen.
