In my initiative on “The Making of the ‘New’ Capitalist:… (see my article on Forbes) I have advocated for adding compassion to the mix of individualism. In other words, you can pursue your life of richness, but consider others along the way. As an individual capitalist, become a millionaire or billionaire, or a trillion dollar organization, yet continue on being a compassionate individual and a purposeful organization.
The New Capitalist is a compassionate human being that cares about her/his individual self and cares for others.
The current Capitalist is a selfish bastard with individual aims to enrich themselves and deprive others of their own opportunities.
